Thank you to all of those that stopped out for our Super Spring Scuba Sale on Saturday. Pat Bettels won the Sherwood dive knife.
Not a very nice Memorial weekend but the lakes are warming up. Have not heard any reports on how the visibility is in our area lakes so if you have been out email me a report.
The carp have been running and those using archery have been doing great. If you would like to venture out let me know. The evenings have been the best time to get a chance to shoot some.
Our first Advanced Diver classroom this season is this Friday and we have a couple signed up so far and if you are interested let me know. Class will start at 6:30 PM. The four dives (deep, night, nav. and low vis.) can be done anytime after that. There has been some inquiry on doing a Rescue Diver class and a Nitrox diver class so let us know of you would like to take these classes.
For those of you that keep a log book (all divers should) look back on your past years of diving and compare the data of the lakes you have dived in. It is surprising how the conditions change from year to year on your favorite lakes. The data gives you a good guide to determine when it is the best time to dive a given lake, what the vis. is like for that time frame, and what the average temperature is. Other things to note is who your dive partners were for those dives and what items you found on those dives. So if you are not keeping an active dive log now is a good time to start.
We have a 2XL O'Neill Sector wetsuit that was bought last summer that we have in on consignment to sell and it has very few dives on the suit. Still have two of the Yoke marker lights left.
