We will be making a dive in White Earth Lake this Sunday and if interested in going along give me call so we know how many will be on the boat. The visibility reports have been good for the lake.
Rick Schmidt bought a Sea Bear pneumatic carbine spear gun from us and just got back from a spearfishing trip in SD and here are some comments on the trip.
Hi Gary,
Just a note to let you know that the Sea Bear spear gun you sold me recently worked really well on my recent fishing trip. I used it in Lake Oahe on the Missouri River in South Dakota fishing for Walleye and Bass. The compact size of this pneumatic gun is just right for me. It seems well made and has plenty of power, even when shooting the occasional Carp which, as you know, are rather tough. In SD they consider spearing carp a civic duty. We brought home our limit of Walleye which were cleaned and flash frozen, so we can enjoy them spread out over the next few months. I have had two meals so far and have eight pounds of fillets still in the freezer. On previous trips I used rental band guns. It is nice to have my own gun, rather then adjusting to a different gun on each outing. Let's get together for some spearing later this summer.

The Tri-State Diving crew just returned from Chamberlain SD where we worked on a rural water system intake and it turned out to be nothing but problems but not on our part. The company that we were working for said that the project has been trouble since the beginning.
Lets get out and do some diving.
