Bottom Time E-Mail News Archives

       June 11, 2010

It is almost the middle of June and there have not been a lot of divers out diving yet.  Water temperatures are nice for this time of the year and visibility has been great in most of the area lakes so let's get out and make a dive.

We have had a lot inquires about the July scuba class so but still have some room so let your friends that are interested in taking the class to call and get signed up.  We have eleven for the June Open Water class and all are doing a great job.

We are planning a deep dive for Sunday June 20 th leaving the dive center at 9AM.  The divers that did the last one were impressed with the visibility and how steep the bottom contour was. Any one is welcome if you are working on your advance, deep diver certification, or advanced already are welcome to join us on the dive.  Please sign up for the dive so we can plan for it.

For those of you that need to get your open waters done need to call and get them set up as I would like to have the dives completed by the end of June so we can get the paper work sent in.  .

We will have the spear fishing classroom on the 18 th of June here at the dive center if we get at least three to sign up.  We will also have a Nitrox class if we have enough sign up so call if you have an interest in diving with Nitrox.

We pride ourselves on our level of training and we could not do it without all our volunteers that help with all our training. A big thank-you to Ryan Sandvig, Cody Sandvig, Ricky Rasmussen, Pat Bettels, Tom Erickson, Ryan Tangen, Karl Biederman, Larry Olson, Doyle Leitheiser, Bruce Anderson, and Steve Lindquist for all the help in making the classes sessions go so well.  Please thank them for all that they do.
