Edition 23

It is almost Thanksgiving and our lakes have yet to freeze over.  The lakes look very clear and the water is till in the 40's.

If you have yet to see the ice recovery on Dirty Jobs it will be airing again on Nov. 22 at 7PM CT.

There is also a show on the National Geographic Channel on a shipwreck that has been found.  It will air on the 18 of Nov. Here is a site to go to find out more information on it. http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/series/expedition-week/3984/Overview#tab-Photos/0

There was a story done in the Star Tribune on finding wrecks in the Great Lakes.  One of the hunters featured in the article is Ken Merryman.  Ken was on our Cozumel trip with us last winter.  This was Kens first salt water diving since his college days.  Here is the site to go to see the article.    http://www.startribune.com/local/27052529.html?elr=KArksLckD8EQDUoaEyqyP4O:DW3ckUiD3aPc:_Yyc:aULPQL7PQLanchO7DiUF

The big medallion has not been found so it will spend the winter on the bottom.

There have been very few that have picked up their certification cards so make a point to call and make arrangements to get your cards.

Have a happy Thanksgiving from the crew at Tri-State Diving.
